Prices for rooms from 1st May 2011
All rooms (en-suite, or with private bathroom) are priced per night depending on
the number of occupants:

The prices include room, breakfast and facilities.
For walkers staying
two or more nights, we offer free transport to key points on the Ridgeway, like
the start point at The Three Barrows near Silbury Hill. Please call to check availability and for special offers.
For dog owners, we do not make a charge for your dog's
accomodation. All we ask in return is a £5 donation to our
favourite dog rescue organisation,
Black Retriever X.
- We accept enquiries and bookings via phone or email. We do not accept bookings
via SMS or text messaging.
- We will ask you for written confirmation by post or email, and may ask for a deposit or booking fee, paid by cheque.
- Once you have booked a room, and we have acknowledged your booking we will reserve
that room. We will also refuse bookings for that room from any other potential visitors.
- We take it on trust that if your plans change for any reason, you will let us
know at least
three full working days before the date.
- In the event of a cancellation made more than three days before the booked date,
we will refund any deposit already paid less an administration fee of
£10.
- For a cancellation within three days of the booked date, you are
liable for the room charge(s) as booked. We will make all reasonable efforts to mitigate our loss by accepting another booking, but if we are unable to do so, you
remain liable for the room charge(s) as booked, less any deposit already
paid.
