From 1st April 2010
Both rooms (En suite, or with private bathroom) are priced depending on
the number of occupants:
- Single room: £45.00 per night midweek off-season (October-April), £50 per night at weekends and peak-season (May-August)
- Double / twin room: £65.00 per night
- Family room (double/twin + single bed, child up to 12 years of age): £82.50 per night
- Family room (double/twin + single bed) plus cot: from £90.00 per night
- Double/twin + single bed, for three adults: £97.50 per night
The prices include room, breakfast and facilities.

- We will ask you for written confirmation by post or email.
- Deposits can be made by cheque or by debit/credit card via our
payment page.
- Any deposits will be held and credited to the invoice payable.
- Once you have booked a room, and we have acknowledged your booking we will reserve
that room. We will also refuse bookings for that room from any other potential visitors.
- We take it on trust that if your plans change for any reason, you will let us know in
reasonable time before the booked date.
- We take "reasonable" to mean at least 24 hours before hand, and expect you will also accept that as reasonable.
- In the event we receive a cancellation within 24 hours of the booked date, you are liable for the room charge(s) as booked.
- We will make all reasonable efforts to mitigate our loss by accepting another booking, but if we are unable to do so, you
remain liable for the room charge(s) as booked.
- In the event of cancellation, or non-arrival, we reserve the right to charge
and retain an administration fee of £10 from any refunds.
