Prices for rooms

From 1st April 2008

Both rooms (En suite, or with private bathroom) are priced depending on the number of occupants:

  • Single room: £45.00 per night midweek, £47.50 per night at weekends
  • Double / twin room: £60.00 per night
  • Family room (double/twin + single bed): from £77.00 per night
  • Family room (double/twin + single bed) plus cot: from £90.00 per night

The prices include room, breakfast and facilities. Please call to check availability and for special offers.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • We do not ask for a deposit or booking fee.
  • We will ask you for written confirmation by post or email.
  • Once you have booked a room, and we have acknowledged your booking we will reserve that room. We will also refuse bookings for that room from any other potential visitors.
  • We take it on trust that if your plans change for any reason, you will let us know in reasonable time before the booked date.
  • We understand "reasonable" to mean at least 24 hours before hand, and expect you will also accept that as reasonable.
  • In the event we receive a cancellation within 24 hours of the booked date, you are liable for the room charge(s) as booked.
  • We will make all reasonable efforts to mitigate our loss by accepting another booking, but if we are unable to do so, you remain liable for the room charge(s) as booked.
